Orders outside of EUROPE will be sent via DHL Express courier and will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Countries such as Australia and Remote areas may incur an extra 2-3 day shipping time. This time does not include payment processing and packing. So the 1-3 day shipping time is only after payment is processed.
Online Fraudulent Transaction Prevention
Dream Aesthetics takes Fraudulent Credit Card Transactions very seriously and In order to protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to verify any order for fraud prevention purposes. This verification will be made by using our fraud detection services and notified to the customer in question by email.This process may result in delays to 2nd Day and Next Day Air delivery orders.If we are unable obtain the necessary information from you to verify your order within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and we will use reasonable efforts(Email, Telephone, Skype) to notify you as soon as possible. Dream Aesthetics is continuously striving to protect our valuable customers from the high cost of fraud so that we are able to provide a large reliable inventory of competitively priced products for a positive and secure online shopping experience.
Benelux Orders will be picked up same day if ordered before 10 am.

• Rates are exclusive of any other surcharges.
• For packages weighing over 50 kg the pallet rate applies.
• For pallet shipments with a destination outside the Benelux the rate is based on weight, with a minimum of 175 kg (per pallet).
• Our Day Definite services are subject to the latest version of the General Transport Terms and Conditions 2002 (AVC 2002).
• These terms and conditions have been filed at the office of the District Court in Amsterdam, and can be viewed on our website. Copies are
available on request.
• The provisions of the CMR convention may also apply to the cross-border transport of goods by road.
Please refer to Article 1 of the conventions referred to above to determine their applicability.
The terms and conditions and the CMR convention referred to in most cases limit the liability of the transporter with regard to loss, damage
or delay of the cargo, up to EUR 3.40 per kilogram or 8.33 SDR* per kilogram.
* SDR = Special Drawing Right, a weighted average of the Japanese Yen, British Pound, US Dollar and Euro rates.

For orders outside of the Netherlands the cost of returning the items both to Dream Aesthetics and back to the customer does not lie with Dream Aesthetics. For orders within the Netherlands the costs to return to the Dream Aesthetics warehouse are non refundable but costs to return the exchanged items to the customer will be covered by Dream Aesthetics.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I haven’t Received my order:
Please do not contact us unless it has been (3-4) working days as specified.
I received the wrong item:
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Orders purchased with Track and Trace are insured to arrive, and if the parcel is lost will be immediately reshipped.
